    We basked in the fine ocean views from our Preferred Club Junior Suite. The kids loved the vibrant pool activities, while we enjoyed quiet moments at the beach. Especially Sal and Itsa.

    My kids wished there were more kid-friendly dining options.

    only stayed 4 nights, as we were in a hurry, but glad that chose this ideal and absolutely gorgeous hotel. the room was decent sized with an exceptionally comfortable bed and free wi-fi. there was an amazing bar with a terrace and a piano. loved our wonderful stay there a lot.

    A heavenly escape by the sea

    Waking each morning to fine ocean views felt heavenly. The staff was attentive. The food offered a good variety, especially the fresh ceviche!

    The air conditioning was faulty and left our room uncomfortably warm at times. Maintenance tried to fix it multiple times, but the issue persisted throughout our stay.

    Preferred Club level rooms were nice and large.

    Service and meals were hit and miss (more like a miss). No value to preferred club upgrade (never received items requested). Location and size of property is very small. Not enough to do during the day. Pants required at the buffet restaurant is ridiculous. Too very hot in most restaurants at night, especially considering the dress code requires men to wear long pants. Long pants isn't a problem, the heat was and it wasn't even hot outside.

    Marvellous and stunning location with free parking if needed and very close to the main restaurant and parallel bars. Huge and exceptionally clean room with exceptionally comfortable beds. Quick check in and simple check out.
